The company offers an innovative Harmonic Validation© solution developed in 2011. This solution is directed towards repurposing approved drugs or successfully passed phase I drug candidates in new therapeutic indications. The solution derives from the Harmonic Repositioning© solution and currently draws on experimental in vitro/in vivo validations in four main therapeutic areas: Alzheimer disease, Infectious diseases, Diabetes related diseases, and Cancer.

The Harmonic Repositioning© solution developed in 2010 exploits spherical harmonic based representations of molecular entities for drug repositioning. The solution processes extensive molecular comparisons by using a unique collection of approved drugs and drug-candidates covering a large variety of therapeutic areas (proprietary database).

The Harmonic Valorization© solution developed in 2009 addresses early compound profiling of pre clinical candidates by comparing their spherical harmonic based representations with those of 3D objects of therapeutic relevance (proprietary database of ligands, protein pockets, and pseudo molecules) .
